Spencer Air installed a ** Mini-Split 2 years ago and the heat stopped working. Tech was sent out and possibly a sensor. The company said they were looking for a part and after a day said still looking. Parts should be readily available or available from **. After I posted a review of the company they texted that they will no longer service a product they sold and still under warranty. Very dishonest and unreliable! I had a tech from Spencer Air come out to restore service to my air conditioner on 6/17/24. The tech was very professional and diagnosed problem but stated that ****** would have to order the part needed for repair. I called the next day around noon to learn when to expect the part. ****** wasn't in but office staff said they would check and let me know.
