******* installed a new system in our home this summer. Everything about that experience was excellent from the sales consultation, to the installation, to the discussion afterward about the operation of the thermostat and the service for preparation of changing to heating. Spensers product of the Carrier line is top notch. We will use Spenser exclusively for our HVAC needs.

We have used Spencer since 2020. We find them to be responsive and knowledgeable and efficient. They were very helpful when we had to replace our HVAC system.
