We hired Supreme’s HVAC service in December when our unit malfunctioned, and they were incredibly quick to respond. Although the unit stopped working again a month later, they sent a technician back immediately to fix the root cause at no additional charge. I also spoke with the owner, Skipp, who was courteous and extremely patient with our concerns. We highly recommend their service.
Oscar did a fantastic job servicing both units at my home. He was extremely thorough, spent 45 minutes to an hour working and he also ended up staying later on a Friday to replace something and also help answer all of my questions. Highly recommend Supreme!!!
Recently, I worked with Ed and Steph from Supreme for a new HVAC system installation at my home. Their expertise was evident from the very beginning, guiding me through the selection of equipment, location, and installation process. Supreme Heating has installed both heating and air conditioning systems at my home over the past 15 years. Their service is impeccable. Their engineers are top notch. They are honest, sincere, and stand by their work. I’ve never had an issue over the years. I have maintenance agreements which help me sleep at night. I highly recommend them. We have been customers of Supreme for many years but today was the first time we needed to use their emergency call-out service. Our furnace cut out completely yesterday afternoon - the outside temperature was 28F and it dropped to 19F overnight with 18mph winds so............ COLD 🥶!
