ICS did a great job installing a mini split system into my 100+ year old house. The installing crew lead by Ceaear were great. walked me through all the line locations. And It was clean, the line hides were the best possible version. The system is working great so far. Their pricing were competitive. The estimator provided me with multiple options, and worked with my need to modify the system. ICS was fantastic and I’m extremely pleased with my new ductless system! Installation for my 100 year old home was challenging but ICS found creative, effective and efficient solutions. Couldn't be happier working with ICS. I had been having a problem with my furnace short cycling for the better part of two seasons, had several different companies come out but none could find the problem until my tech Dave from ICS. He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He ran a number of tests, until he found the issue and remediated it on the spot solving this headache for me. All of this for a very reasonable fee. I will be using ICS for my HVAC needs going forward...
